Over Rock Solid Yoga
The Rock Solid Yoga mission is to help practitioners adapt yoga to function in alignment with their body, mindset, and natural way of being.
Classes are interlaced with anatomy and biomechanics knowledge.
Rock Solid Yoga is located in Evere on the first floor above WinWin Functional Fitness Studio.
All classes are taught in English.
It is about 100 meters from the main avenue so we are not affected by street noise.
Very bright and open floor space with heated floors. We can comfortably accommodate 15 students per class.
Easily accessible by public transport with several bus stops in the immediate area.
If driving, there is free (blue disc) parking a block or two away on Av. de l'Optimisme, Rue Du 17 Avril, Rue Du Maquis, Rue Hugo Verriest and surrounding area.
